THE MOST SHOCKING DETAILS OF THIS MURDER IS THE FUCKERY OF THE SANFORD POLICE DEPT. 1. Shooter should have been taken in to custody 2. The killer was 28 years old, and armed 3. The victim was 17 years old and unarmed4. Thorough investigation was not done5. The crime scene should have been taped, clothes, tested, photographs, blood samples. 6. Professional homicide detectives should have been brought in to evaluate the crime scene 7. Canvasing for witness in the area and cell phone 911 calls 8. Homicide to determine if autopsy needed 9. NONE OF THESE PROTOCOL WERE FOLLOWED 10. The DOJ will investigate why the protocol was not followed
