(Washington Times) –The National Border Patrol Council, which represents all 17,000 of the agency’s non-supervisory agents, called for the resignation Monday of Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. for his role in the botched “Fast and Furious” gunrunning operation that resulted in the death of a U.S. Border Patrol agent.
Council President George E. McCubbin III, a 25-year Border Patrol veteran himself, described Mr. Holder’s actions in the case as “a slap in the face to all Border Patrol agents who serve this country,” adding that the attorney general has shown “an utter failure of leadership at the highest levels of government.”

Mr. McCubbin said Border Patrol agents are indoctrinated from day one of their training that “integrity is their most important trait … and that without it, they have little use to the agency.” He said agents who lie or show a lack of candor are quickly disciplined.
Integrity is an alien concept to the corrupt, contemptible Holder.
“It is time for Attorney General Holder to show the least shred of responsibility and leadership and resign his post,” Mr. McCubbin said. “Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry deserves nothing less.”
“The standard that applies to these agents should at a minimum be applied to those who lead them,” Mr. McCubbin said. “If Eric Holder were a Border Patrol agent and not the attorney general, he would have long ago been found unsuitable for government employment and terminated.”
I STAND BY THE BORDER AGENTS…HOW DO YOU STAND AMERICA. DO YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ILLEGALS? WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS WALKING OVER EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN..THEY TAKE FROM AMERICANS, THEY DEMAND THEIR RIGHTS. DIDN’T KNOW THEY HAD RIGHTS IN AMERICA SINCE THEY JUST WALK IN AND TAKE.
I agree with SUSANM’s remarks above, and add this to them. Question? What are we sending people to Congress to do? It seems to me that they are just as much a part of the problem by not resolving to secure our borders and safe guard our country. And what about the man elected to the highest office in the land who grants amnisty to anyone he feels like? Just how much money are we giving away that could be used to help reduce hunger here in America? I would have no problem with helping other countries providing we take care of those in need right here in our own back yard. Holder needs to go to jail for his part in Fast and Furious. I don’t care what the color of his skin is, he broke the law and a man lost his life because of it. That in my eyes is murder!

Why is America the only country on earth that doesn’t enforce it’s immigration laws and secure their borders? Without borders, their are no countries, (John Lennon can spin in his Fabian, Commie grave), and without laws there is no freedom–in America and in therefore the world.
