Dear friends

Yesterday I found the news in media about high terror alert in Belgium over the movie “The Innocent Prophet” which I planned to release on 14th December 2012.

Behind making this movie my soul objective was to reveal the other side of reality of Muhammad and Islam, which I think, is a noble cause for the humanity and is also my right of freedom of expression. But I never had intentions to incite violence or offend religious sentiments deliberately. I don’t want people to have fear in their hearts or governments to apply high terror alert in their countries because of me. I don´t want to be remembered as a man who is responsible for loss of lives and properties.

That is why I have decided to postpone temporarily the release of movie until I show it first to the authorities and get the assurance that there is nothing in this movie which doesn´t fall under the right of freedom of expression and that my movie will not cause any kind of loss to humanity. The necessary modification will be also made if requested by the authorities.

But the delay doesn´t mean that I am afraid of Islamic violence, neither have I lost my right of freedom of expression. It´s all about the respect which I have in my heart towards Europe which is my family, and my deep love for Spain which is my home. I apologize to the Belgian people for the inconvenience they are facing because of my movie plan. I assure them that I will never do anything which hurt them.

But on the other hand they should also understand that if we lose our right of freedom of expression, we lose our democracy and western values.

I will always stand firmly with my opinion that Islam is an extreme danger to the society and we should make aware people about its whole reality, but of course not on the price of human lives. Turning tide…

(Ottawa Citizen) –In these days of draconian political correctness, neurotic anti-hate speech laws and dictatorial human rights police, I have sometimes fretted that the western tradition of free speech is in jeopardy.

No doubt it is, in some quarters at least. Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan wants “Islamophobia” declared as “a crime against humanity” and “international legal regulations against attacks on what people deem sacred.”

Likewise, the Arab League has called for the development of an international legal framework to criminalize blasphemy. Ditto the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, a bloc of 57 Muslim countries, which wants Western countries to make it an international crime to criticize Islam or Mohammed – all on the name of “religious tolerance.” (Naturally, there’s no mention of not insulting — or persecuting — Christians and Jews.)

Of course, all this is to be expected from the Muslim world, which insists that only Muslims get to define what constitutes an insult — which is  an insult to intelligence.

Unfortunately, there are too many western politicians so frightened of appearing intolerant — and of losing Muslim votes, I suppose — that they kowtow to these kind of asinine dictates.

Not all, though, I’m happy to report. At least some European politicians possess sufficient backbone to stand up for Enlightenment traditions.

This week the Dutch parliament revoked a decade-old blasphemy law from its statute book. Insulting Allah (or God or Yahweh or Buddha or Vishnu, I presume) will no longer be a crime in the Netherlands.

The Dutch politician who can take some credit for this reinforcement of the liberal tradition of free speech is Geert Wilders.

At some point, Beck decided that submerging an Obama “bobblehead” doll in urine (later revealed to be completely fake) was necessary to convey his artistic message. He of course realizes this will be controversial and that many will find his use of the Obama figurine to be disrespectful. The idea, for Beck however, is not to be untoward, but through irony, to highlight the hypocrisy of those who would shout in defiance at defacing the image of a sitting U.S. president, but not that of an image so sacred to Christianity — the world’s largest religion.

Of course, Beck’s “art” is similar to the infamous anti-Christian photograph titled “Piss Christ,” showing a small plastic crucifix soaked in the artist’s real urine.

eBay has removed Glenn Beck’s “Obama in Pee Pee”, which had already been going for $11,000 on the auction website after less than an hour. All of the money from the auction would have been donated to Mercury One charity and their Hope for the Holidays fund.

Under this year’s theme that “Islam advocates peace and justice for all, an Imam from Brooklyn told last week’s parade, where [Democrat] State Sen. Tony Avello was a marshal and sat on stage, that the United Nations should pass a law that would criminalize blasphemy.”

His speech was only a warm-up for that made by an Arab woman jihadist with a British accent and poetic speech who declared, “We have the unborn martyrs in our wombs and drop bombs in here because all that we blow up is mines in minefields. They [Palestinians] resonate in refugee camps and are hosted by Zionist Nazis.”

That was too much for State Senator Avella, who rushed off the stage. [...]

Mo: 'Don't blame me, the filthy Twitter infidels are at fault.'

(Reuters) – Pakistan on Sunday blocked access to Twitter in response to “blasphemous” material posted by users on the microblogging and social networking website, a senior government official said.

“This has been done under the directions of the Ministry of Information Technology. It’s because of blasphemous content,” said Mohammed Yaseen, chairman of the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).

“They (the ministry) have been discussing with them (Twitter) for some time now, requesting them to remove some particular content,” he said.

Any representation of the Prophet Mohammad is deemed un-Islamic and blasphemous by many Muslims, who constitute the overwhelming majority in Pakistan.

Yaseen said the ban would be lifted after ongoing discussions between the Pakistan government and Twitter about the allegedly blasphemous material are resolved. [...]

Apparently the Pakis have their panties in a bunch over tweets promoting a “Everybody Draw Mohammed Day” (today marks EDMD III BTW) image competition on Facebook. While Twitter refuses to bow (so far), it appears Facebook is in the process of getting on their knees in subservience to Allah.

ISLAMABAD (AP) — Pakistan blocked the social networking website Twitter on Sunday because it refused to remove tweets considered offensive to Islam, said one of the country’s top telecommunications officials.

The tweets were promoting a competition on Facebook to post images of Islam’s Prophet Muhammad, said Mohammad Yaseen, chairman of the Pakistan Telecommunication’s Authority. Many Muslims regard depictions of the prophet, even favorable ones, as blasphemous.

Yaseen said Facebook agreed to address Pakistan’s concerns about the competition, but officials have failed to get Twitter to do the same.

“We have been negotiating with them until last night, but they did not agree to remove the stuff, so we had to block it,” said Yaseen. [...]

Islam has no intentions of imposing sharia on the free West, perish the thought.

Khan said it was the IT ministry’s decision and he did not know why it had been taken, and no one from the ministry or Twitter was available for comment. Speaking before the ban was lifted Sunday, Khan said that there was “blasphemous material” on Twitter and that the organisers of the competition had been “trying to hurt Muslim feelings”. Islam bans images of the Prophet.

Waaaaaaa!  “Islam bans images of the prophet”, bla, bla, bla. Irrelevant, as the worlds population is not entirely made up of Muslims. THANK God. And that is where free speech comes into play.

“Both Facebook and Twitter were involved. We negotiated with both. Facebook has agreed to remove the stuff but Twitter is not responding to us,” he said.

Facebook confirmed that it had blocked content in Pakistan after a request from the authorities.

Just this month in Sudan; Bibles, a school for clergy and the residence of the clerical students were burned. Egypt and Nigeria are Islamic Christian persecution hotbeds as well. One of the most  HORRIFYING examples in Nigeria occurred on July 16, 2011, Islamic jihadsts hacked Christian children to death with machetes! Burning churches and homes did not satisfy their taste for Christian persecution, though the evil foot soldiers of allah made sure to torch several to the ground while they were at it.

If Qurans are burned today and foaming at the mouth Islam rage boys murder non-Muslims in revenge, the burned Qurans will not be their reason, it will be their excuse. Islamic persecution of Christians existed well before Pastor Terry Jones ever hit the scene. “So who are the real bigots?”
