(FAISALABAD, PAKISTAN) — A case for the arrest of Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Cultural Editor of Danish Newspaper Fleming Rose, for allowing ‘blasphemous’ caricatures of Prophet Mohammad (pbuh), was registered at the Kotwali Police Station in Jhang.

The case, FIR no 134/12, was registered after Advocate Muhammad Zahid Saeed, stirred by websites allegedly demeaning the Prophet (pbuh), filed a petition before the District Session Judge seeking a ban on websites including Facebook, YouTube, Google and others.

…. a case was registered under Section 295-A of the Pakistan Penal Code (PCC) which deals with blasphemy.

Islamic sharia law against blasphemy ONLY applies to Muslims camel breath.

Maintaining that the sentiments of the whole Muslim community were hurt, Saeed filed the petition under Section 22-A, 22-B of the Criminal Procedure of Code (CPC).

In his petition, Saeed said that on visiting some websites while on the internet, he and his companion found caricatures of the Prophet (pbuh) published which, he alleged, were “trying to create a war between Muslims and non-Muslims”.

Never mind the war against non-Muslims that has been waged for CENTURIES, and continues to this day, well before any harmless Mo Toons hit the scene.

He added that the caricatures were a form of “international terrorism and evil profession”.

And inherently VIOLENT Islam is positively overflowing with sweetness and light, dontcha know…

Session Judge Arshad Masood responded to the petition by saying that the “deliberate and malicious act” of displaying derogatory caricatures is a “continuing offence” and a case must be registered in Pakistan and anywhere else in the world where the sentiments of Muslims were hurt.

Has Jyllands-Posten insulted and disrespected Islam? It certainly didn’t intend to. But what does respect mean? When I visit a mosque, I show my respect by taking off my shoes. I follow the customs, just as I do in a church, synagogue or other holy place. But if a believer demands that I, as a nonbeliever, observe his taboos in the public domain, he is not asking for my respect, but for my submission. And that is incompatible with a secular democracy.

A few days into the WeinertGate scandal, day three or four I believe a commentator on Fox stated that if the N Y Post drops the story it will blow right over. Well a lot has happened since then and now today the N Y Post is calling for him to resign.

“My constituents have to make the determination,” he said.

Which is technically true.

But if Tony Weiner had a shred of personal honor, he’d relieve them of that responsibility.

He won’t, because he is devoid of honor. That was made clear by his weeklong campaign of lies and character assassination meant to deceive his wife of less than a year, his staff, his constituents and the general public — and to vilify Andrew Breitbart, the online journalist who first disclosed the salacious photos and messages.

Breitbart has made mistakes. But he’s scored important scoops, too.

Including this one.

Bottom line: Anthony Weiner betrayed his office and his constituents along with his wife. He has lost whatever respect — and effectiveness — he ever enjoyed as a member of Congress.

Now he’s fit only for cable-TV comedy punch lines, and it’s going to get worse.

He needs to resign.

Two days before on June 1 according to the Facebook sexting transcript acquired by Radar Online Weis to Weiner: “U owe me big time for keeping this quiet”. Someone should ask Lisa what exactly she meant by “U owe me big time”.

Joel Griffith over at Big Government posted on a Henry Martinez’ Facebook “call for violence” earlier today. So I thought I would have a look for myself.  I was not able to find the exact posting reflected in Joel’s screenshot, it may of been deleted considering the violent content. Or I might of overlooked it… shrug. None the less, Henry repeated his violent incitement. And I can only assume his words are targeting the police and/or opponents of the ’cause’.

I made no mention of Henry Martinez being a “member of the org.”

And as you can see he/she failed to denounce the incitement. It is ok by them that rocks and molotovs are thrown at security personal, police, opponents etc as long as they are not being thrown by members of the event organization?? If their intention was to stage a non-violent protest you would think they would of called out the instigator immediately and with out any prodding. Divorcing themselves completely from the violent rhetoric would be the admirable stance to take. The fact that they haven’t speaks volumes.
