(DC Caller) –The nonprofit investigative firm Cause of Action asked DOJ Inspector General Cynthia Schnedar to look into Holder’s response to concerns about the potential for violence in connection with Occupy protests.

Epstein’s Nov. 9, 2011, request came just days after Occupy protesters attacked elderly women in Washington, D.C. outside a political summit hosted by the conservative group Americans for Prosperity. Epstein asked Schnedar to “investigate the status of the DOJ response to any threats to public safety posed by the Occupy Wall Street events and whether the DOJ investigated the allegations in Rep. Chaffetz’s letter.”

More than six weeks later, on December 28, 2011, Schnedar responded: “We are declining at this time to initiate the review requested in your letter.”

D.C.’s Fraternal Order of Police: #OccupyDC to Blame for Double Digit Spike in Violent Crime

Who says the Occupy parasites have not contributed anything to society?

(NBC Washington) –The union representing D.C. police claims crime in the District is up, in part because officers are being pulled from neighborhood patrols and reassigned to monitor the Occupy D.C. protests.

Kristopher Baumann, chairman of D.C.’s Fraternal Order of Police wrote a letter to Mayor Vincent Gray stating violent crime is up by 17% and overall crime is up by 14% since protesters moved into the city 3 months ago.

The letter scolded Mayor Gray saying, “Your failure to warn District residents about a double digit spike in violent crime is inexcusable.  The public has a right to know when crime is increasing and public awareness can facilitate crime prevention.”

Baumann referenced Mayor Gray’s December 15 interview with NewsTalk’s Bruce Depuyt in the letter, saying the mayor’s comments about the number of MPD officers redeployed to police the Occupy protesters was misleading.  According to Baumann, crime has risen around the city because neighborhood police officers have been diverted to the political protests.

#OccupyMissoula Protester Gave 11 Year Old Alcohol –Boy Found Unconscious & Vomiting

(NBC Montana) –MISSOULA, Mont. — Missoula police say an 11-year-old boy turned up drunk on the courthouse lawn, from the Occupy Missoula encampment early Thursday morning. That’s the group protesting corporate greed.

Police say one of the camp’s occupants bought the youngster alcohol. Twenty-seven year old John Skinner was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

The police report said Skinner encountered the boy and a friend outside a downtown Missoula bar. Police say the friend asked Skinner to buy them alcohol.

They say Skinner invited the boy and his friend into his tent so he could “keep an eye on him.

” But they said Skinner didn’t call 911 or emergency medical technicians.

Police said the boy had permission to be out late at night. But they found the boy unconscious and vomiting on the courthouse lawn.

Occupy organizers said Skinner arrived at the camp Wednesday and had been drinking. The group has a zero tolerance for drinking alcohol on site. “He assured us that he wasn’t, that he had been drinking elsewhere,” said camp facilitator Kathleen Kelly.

She said the group gave him a chance to sleep it off in a tent.

Skinner pleaded not guilty to the charge. Bond was set at $2,000.

These encampments are recipe for disaster. They’ll implode soon enough. And the fallout will fall directly in the Obama’s lap.
