(NY Daily News) –The attempted arrest of an allegedly hate-mongering teen aboard a Brooklyn subway quickly turned into a wild showdown between cops and a roiled mob, according to sources and video obtained by the Daily News.

The melee began when suspect Stephan Stowe, 17, and a group of eight friends approached a Jewish man wearing a yarmulke aboard a Brooklyn-bound 3 train just before 3 p.m. Monday, police sources said Wednesday.

“Assalamu Alaikum,” Stowe said to the man, using a common greeting among Muslims that means, “Peace be with you,” court documents allege.

When the man ignored the greeting, Stowe allegedly became combative.

“You think you’re better than me?” the teen allegedly said. “We are cousins.”

“No we’re not,” The man shot back, and told Stowe to leave him alone.

The suspect then started hurling ethnic slurs and called the man disrespectful, according to court papers.

As the tension aboard the train escalated, the man whipped out his cell phone and took a photo of Stowe, who then snatched the phone and deleted the photo, police sources said.

“I’m going to kill you right now,” Stowe said, according to cops and court records. He then swore at the man, according to cops and court records, and in an apparent reference to the Holocaust added, “They should have killed all of you.”

Imran Firasat faces criminal charges and deportation from Spain. He is a Pakistani ex-Muslim who was welcomed into Spain for protection from Islamic violence. As a result of his speaking out against Islam and revealing the violent nature of the religion, his co-producing with Stand Up America Now of the film called The Innocent Prophet, and because he converted from Islam to Christianity, he faces certain death if Spain sends him back to Pakistan. This is again a result of Western Society bowing to the fear and intimidation of Islam and shows the very nature of Islam.

Spain is citing Penal Code 510 as a reason to prosecute Imran. This Code refers to inciting or provoking hatred or violence, which Imran has not done. Spain’s Ministry of Foreign affairs has threatened to revoke Imran’s asylum status, stating that his youtube, The Innocent Prophet, is “destabilizing” because of the “extreme indignation and sensitivity” of the world’s Muslims.

These unjust threats by the Spanish Government show the very importance of our standing up against a brutal totalitarian system of religion and government called Sharia. Under Sharia, apostates and those who are seen to insult Islam deserve death. Let us act now, before our Western society becomes a victim of the very violence of Islam that we are attempting to fight.

Oh. My. God. While this type of horrific crime has become far to commonplace across the pond. Which some say has reached epidemic proportions. This is the first report of ‘Rape Jihad’ on American soil, that I am aware of.

(Colorado Springs Gazette) –Colorado Springs police arrested five Iraqi men Tuesday in connection with what they called a “rare” and “horrific” sexual assault on a woman early July 22. The arrests included one man who was a central character in an Army’s sergeant’s memoir [A Soldier’s Promise] of an Iraq deployment.

Sarmad Fadhi Mohammed and Jasim Mohammed Hasin Ramadon were taken into custody on suspicion of sexual assault. Mustafa Sataar Al Feraji, Ali Mohammed Hasan Al Juboori and Yasir Jabbar Jasim were arrested on suspicion of accessory to sexual assault. All are in their 20s.

The sexual assault investigation began on July 22, when police were called to the Wildridge at Cheyenne Mountain Ranch apartments on Woodside Lane to investigate the assault. After finding blood spattered in an apartment, the officer went to Memorial Hospital to see the victim.

According to police, the victim, a woman who works nights, said she went to check her mail outside the apartment building about 1:30 a.m. and noticed two groups of men about to fight. She tried to intervene and calm the men down.

Afterward, one of the men invited her to his apartment where there were three other men about 20 years old, police said.

The woman told police she talked with the group and drank “what she believed to be lemonade.” She said she didn’t remember anything after that.

Doctors at Memorial examined the woman and found internal injuries that were concluded to have come from blunt force trauma, police said.

Police said all five men had established “lawful permanent resident” status within the past five years but could face deportation if convicted of the crimes.

(Telegraph) –The president immediately used the pictures to press for greater Afghan  sovereignty, saying the only way to stop a repeat of such “painful experiences” was for his forces to take control of their own country.

American officials have ordered a full investigation after the release of graphic pictures showing men from the 82nd Airborne Division, together with members of the Afghan police, smiling for the camera while posing with corpses.

A total of 18 pictures, taken in 2010, were passed to the Los Angeles Times by an anonymous soldier, who said he wanted to illustrate what he called a breakdown in leadership and discipline.

“It is such a disgusting act to take photos with body parts and then share it with others,” Mr Karzai said in a statement.

(The Australian) –IBRAHIM Siddiq-Conlon, a Muslim convert who has argued for the imposition of sharia law in Australia, has been charged with making a hoax terrorist threat after he allegedly threatened to “wear some TNT” to Sydney’s Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras.

Mr Siddiq-Conlon, who is behind the controversial organisation Sharia4Australia, has also been charged with child pornography offences after police allegedly found a number of illegal images on his home computer.

Salim Farrar, an expert in sharia law at Sydney University, said pornography was forbidden under Islamic law, although most jurisdictions made no distinction between adult and child material.

Dr Farrar said pornography was a discretionary, rather than hudud or traditional offence, such as adultery or theft, meaning punishments could vary.

“It’s unlikely to be a fine because fines are not part of the sharia system,” Dr Farrar said. “But it could be corporal punishment. Whatever punishment he would get, it would be less than the hudud offences.”

Did you get that? Under sharia law, Child pornography is not seen as a higher offense than adult pornography, and is less of a crime than adultery and –theft.
