(Fox Baltimore) –US Air Force (USAF) veteran Julie Frein said she is willing to give up her burial plot at Arlington National Cemetery to Tamerlan Tsarnaev – the deceased Boston bombing suspect.
The Anne Arundel County woman told Fox45 she feels the terrorist suspect should be able to be laid to rest and just wants it to all be over. “I feel sympathy for [his family] in that as long as this issue is open, they can’t have closure,”
Frein told Fox45′s Joy Lepola. When asked how she thought Americans would react to the suspect being buried in a national cemetery, Frein replied, “Well the country would just have to get over that, wouldn’t they? Because nobody, nobody deserves to rot above ground.”

(Boston Herald) –A Worcester funeral home director was scrambling last night to find a cemetery that would bury the marathon bombings mastermind, as protesters jeered outside his door demanding that the bomber’s body be shipped out of the United States.

Funeral home owner Peter Stefan told the Herald he has reached out to four cemeteries where Muslims are buried and so far all have turned him down.
Stefan said it would be impossible to send the body back to Russia and added the family wants Tsarnaev buried in Boston.
“They want to bury him here, in Boston, in a Muslim cemetery,” he said. “I’m not going to hold him too long, the federal government is involved in this. If need be I will request help from them. A person has to be buried. Period.
“If we had Hitler here, we would bury Hitler,” Stefan added.

BOSTON – Three college friends of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev removed a backpack containing fireworks emptied of gunpowder from his dorm room at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth three days after the attack, according to charges filed Wednesday.
Azamat Tazhayakov and Dias Kadyrbayev are charged with conspiring to obstruct justice. A third man, Robel Phillipos, is charged with making false statements to federal investigators.
The affidavit says Tazhayakov and Kadyrbayev agreed to get rid of the backpack after concluding from news reports that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was one of the bombers. A court appearance for the three is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
The suspects told the FBI they had no previous knowledge of the bombings, and there is no evidence to suggest they knew of the plot, a source told Newsday.
Three people were killed and more than 260 injured on April 15 when two bombs exploded near the finish line. The suspect’s brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, died after a gunfight with police several days later. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was captured and lies in a prison hospital.
Tazhayakov and Kadyrbayev have been held in jail for more than a week on allegations that they violated their student visas while attending UMass. Linda Cristello, the Boston attorney who represented them at a hearing on the immigration case Wednesday morning, confirmed earlier that they were facing separate federal charges.
All three men charged Wednesday began attending UMass with Tsarnaev at the same time in 2011, the FBI affidavit says. [...]

Phillipos, 19, of Cambridge, was studying marketing, but the university said Wednesday he is not currently enrolled.
With Tsarnaev, he was a 2011 graduate of the Cambridge Rindge and Latin School, the city schools’ superintendent’s office said.
Phillipos is a naturalized U.S. citizen who reportedly was born in Ethiopia. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of eight years and a $250,000 fine.
Phillipos lives with his mother in Cambridge. Phillipos’ mother is from Ethiopia. She is a single mother and works with refugees. The family’s apartment building is located next to the gas station where the carjacking victim from the night of the shootout in Watertown escaped.
In Kazakhstan, Tazhayakov grew up in Atyrau and graduated from Miras International School in Astana, according to his Facebook page….

Tazhayakov, who entered the United States on a student visa, is charged with obstruction of justice and conspiring to conceal evidence, including Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s backpack and laptop computer. Tazhayakov faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
Two days after the bombing, accused bomber Tsarnaev hung out with Tazhayakov at Tazhayakov’s New Bedford apartment until midnight, the affidavit said. The next day, April 18, Tsarnaev gave Tazhayakov a ride home from an afternoon class and dropped him off around 4 p.m., the court affidavit said.
An hour later, federal agents released the photographs that led to identification of Tsarnaev and his brother, Tamerlan.
Tazhayakov and and his roommate admitted removing Tsarnaev’s backpack and other items from his dorm room that night, FBI Special Agent Scott Cieplik said in the affidavit. The men have “admitted that they agreed to get rid of it after concluding from news reports that Tsarnaev was one of the Boston marathon bombers,” Cieplik’s affidavit said.[...]
UMass Dartmouth says Kadyrbayev is no longer a student there. His profile on the VK Russian social network site says he is a member of the class of 2015 at the School of Engineering, Massachusetts Institute of Technology. However, Sara McDonnell, assistant media relations manager at MIT, said, “There is no registered MIT student of that name.”
Kadyrbayev first met Tsarnaev in the fall of 2011 at UMass and became better friends with him the following spring, he told investigators.
“They spent a great deal of time socializing, and Kadyrbayev repeatedly visited Tsarnaev’s home and met his family members,” the affidavit said.
Kadyrbayev’s VK “world view” is Islam, his “personal priority” is listed as “improving the world” and next to “Important in others” he has listed “kindness and honesty.” He has listed his views on smoking and alcohol as “very negative.”
A Google Translate interpretation of Kadyrbayev’s boarding school information includes physics and mathematics as specialties and indicates he graduated with the class of 2011. Google also deciphers the word Zhautykov, and web searches indicate there is a Zhautykov Republican Specialized Physics-Mathematics boarding school for gifted students in Kazakhstan.

(Daily Mail) –The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia sent a written warning about accused Boston Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in 2012, long before pressure-cooker blasts killed three and injured hundreds, according to a senior Saudi government official with direct knowledge of the document.
The Saudi warning, the official told MailOnline, was separate from the multiple red flags raised by Russian intelligence in 2011, and was based on human intelligence developed independently in Yemen.
Citing security concerns, the Saudi government also denied an entry visa to the elder Tsarnaev brother in December 2011, when he hoped to make a pilgrimage to Mecca, the source said. Tsarnaev’s plans to visit Saudi Arabia have not been previously disclosed.
The Saudis’ warning to the U.S. government was also shared with the British government. ‘It was very specific’ and warned that ‘something was going to happen in a major U.S. city,’ the Saudi official said during an extensive interview.
It ‘did name Tamerlan specifically,’ he added. The ‘government-to-government’ letter, which he said was sent to the Department of Homeland Security at the highest level, did not name Boston or suggest a date for his planned attack.
A DHS official denied, however, that the agency received any such warning from Saudi intelligence about Tamerlan Tsarnaev.
‘DHS has no knowledge of any communication from the Saudi government regarding information on the suspects in the Boston Marathon Bombing prior to the attack,’ MailOnline learned from one Homeland Security official who declined to be named in this report.
The White House took a similar view. ‘We and other relevant U.S. government agencies have no record of such a letter being received,’ said Caitlin Hayden, a spokesperson for the president’s National Security Council.

The Arabic caption on the photo reads: “اخونا عبدالرحمن الحربي مع ميشيل أُباما واصاحبة”
Filtered through Google Translate, this comes out to: “Brother Abdul Rahman Alharbi with Michelle [untranslatable] and Asahabh.” The photos were originally posted by Facebook user Yazeed Salem, who appears to be pictured with Alharbi in the top-left photo.
The individual photographs give every appearance of being genuine. There is no obvious sign of Photoshopping (although it’s possible they have been). Moreover, the business card in the photos belongs to an actual White House Staffer — namely, Robert Schmuck, Special Assistant to the President and Traveling Aide (although his title appears to have changed in the last year). The First Lady is also pictured in the outfit she wore to visit Boston area hospitals last week.
First Lady Michelle Obama was also reported to have visited with Alharbi on Thursday, after arriving in Boston with President Obama to visit victims of the bombings being treated in three separate hospitals, according to the well known Saudi Arabian news site Ozak.com. BTW according to Yazeed Salem’s facebook profile, he works at of all places King Fahad Armed Forces Hospital in –Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. How current that info is is anyone’s guess. Especially since his location is listed as Boston, Mass.

For the past week, Glenn Beck has been investigating a Saudi national once identified as a “person of interest” in the Boston Marathon bombing. The story has taken a number of alarming twists and turns, but on his radio program Wednesday, Beck released some of the most interesting information yet.
But first, here are a few background points on how the case developed:
>A Saudi national originally identified as a “person of interest” in the Boston Marathon bombing was set to be deported under section 212, 3B — “Security and related grounds” — “Terrorist activities” after the bombing on April 15
>TheBlaze received word that the government may not deport the Saudi national — identified as Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi — as the story gained traction on April 18.
Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano refused to answer questions on the subject by Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC) on Capitol Hill on April 18, saying the inquiry was “so full of misstatements and misapprehension that it’s just not worthy of an answer.”
New info provided to TheBlaze reveals Alharbi’s file was altered on the evening of April 17 to disassociate him from the initial charges
Sources say April 22 that the Saudi’s student visa specifically allows him to go to school in Findlay, Ohio, though he appears to have an apartment in Boston, Mass. A DHS official told TheBlaze Alharbi properly transferred his student visa to a school in Massachusetts.
Here are a couple of new points, as Beck related them:
The event file created for Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi indicated he was “armed and dangerous”
Alharbi was admitted into the country under a “special advisory option,” which is usually reserved for visiting politicians, VIPs, or journalists. The event file cover page indicates he was granted his status without full vetting.
One of the first excuses given by law enforcement when confronted about Alharbi’s pending deportation was an expired visa. But according to the event file, his visa is good until 11-NOV-2016.
The event file indicates he entered the U.S. on 08/28/12 in Boston, MA but says he is a student at the University of Findlay, in Findlay, Ohio. He has an apartment in Boston, and doesn’t seem to have been a full-time student in Ohio.
When a file is created in the system, the author(s) are notified via email when it is accessed and given the email address of the person accessing, so there is a record within the government data system of who was there. It was amended to remove the deportation reference, then someone later went in and tried to destroy both the original event file and an amended versions. We won’t say who at this time, but copies have already been made.
The original event file was reviewed and approved by two high level agents – Chief Watch Commander Maimbourg and Watch Commander Mayfield.

Now, contrarians to those with concerns about this visit will likely say that the first lady was simply paying visits to all the victims in the hospital, of which Alharbi was one and had been cleared two days earlier.
In light of recent reports that Alharbi was scheduled for deportation on ‘national security grounds’, the first lady’s visit takes on much added significance if those reports are true. We already know that the Alharbi clan consists of multiple Al-Qaeda members. A Saudi national named Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi – who has six relatives belonging to Al Qaeda and five that were detained at Gitmo – was injured at the scene of terrorist bombings at the Boston marathon. The bombings had certain characteristics that indicate they were the work of Al Qaeda.
Now we have a photo(s) of what very well could be three Saudis, to include at least one who resembles Alharbi at the scene of the bombings.
And Alharbi went from ‘person of interest’ to completely innocent in less than 24 hours?
People have learned as they have learned everywhere in the West, that [Islam] is far more than just a religion. It is an invasive political supremacist ideology, that exploits religious freedom and cultural guilt to impose itself with constant demands for special treatment. Always backed by the implicit threat of conflict and violence.
In other words through cultural terrorism. So whether it’s prayer rooms crow barred into the workplace where they don’t belong, Muslims allowed to pray in the streets and block traffic, medical staff allowed to ignore hygiene rules, the police turning a blind eye to genital mutilation, universities letting jihadists recruit on campus, sharia courts dehumanizing women or the imposition of halal only food on the entire population without their knowledge or consent. Society it seems must always bow to the unreasonable demands of Islam. And anyone who dares to object is either vilified as racist or openly threatened with violence.
This is what the media should be saying about Islam if journalists had the guts to do their job and tell the truth. Because it is the truth and everybody knows it’s the truth.

As I sit here in our Congressional office, I have just learned about another Taliban attack attributed to the Koran issue, this time wounding four Americans at FOB Fenty in Jalalabad. We have already had four Americans killed and another six wounded. The hypocrisy of this matter is quite concerning. All over the globe Christians are being persecuted and even killed by the followers of the Koran; Copts in Egypt, Pakistan, Sudan, Nigeria. The fact that no westerner is allowed to walk the streets of Mecca or Medina in Saudi Arabia and that Bibles are prohibited is a blatant show of disrespect. In Iran, a converted Christian Minister is under threat of death. It reminds me of the Abdul Rahman case in Afghanistan when I was assigned there. Mr Rahman was an Afghan who had converted from Islam to Christianity and had returned to Afghanistan as an aid worker. He was turned in by his own family and was to be executed under the crime of apostasy, yes, his crime was that he had converted from Islam to Christianity.
Let me remind you all, when tolerance becomes a one way street it leads to cultural suicide. Ironically, our own President mandates what Christians must do in clear violation of the First Amendment but yet apologizes for the disposal of detention facility contraband to President Karzai, following suit with bowing to the Saudi King, apologizing in Cairo, and relegating the US to subservience in a speech before the Turkish General Assembly.
This Country must have American leadership which will stand for our Constitution, the Republic, and its Citizens…..and especially for the Men and Women in uniform who represent the best of who we are.
